In addition to all the features available in the free version, the premium version has the following features:

• Slider feature for the hero section on the home page.
• Panel-by-panel swipe navigation for each comic post(similar to Instagram's swipe feature).
• Patreon intergration with the Patreon plugin. Gives you the ability to hide your comics behind a paywall using different tiers. Also included is a Patreon login feature in the navigation bar.
• Woocommerce integration with the WooCommerce plugin. Gives you the ability to setup your online store for selling merchandise, print and digital versions of your comic collections.
• Early access of scheduled comic posts.
• Buy original art/print copy options for a comic post with PayPal intergration

The main difference comes down to the comic navigation and the layout options available. For a series, the comic navigation is restricted to within that series. For a collection, you can move from one collection to another using the comic navigation. There a couple of layout options available to each as illustrated by the following demos:

The cost varies depending on the features you wish to add. Hit me up via email with the list of features you would like to add. Mockups of what you have in mind will also help give me a better picture of what you have in mind.

There's comic archive page already built into the theme. You will find the page at the following address: http://www.yourdomainname.com/comic or http://www.yourdomainname.com/?p=comic

You can also choose what format(Thumbnail List, Plain Text List, Calendar, & Gallery) you want it displayed from the "Toocheke > Options" menu.

It could be any number of reasons. Try one of the following potential solutions.

• Reset/flush your permalinks by going to "Settings > Permalinks". Click the "Save Changes" button.
• Make sure the latest posts are setup to be displayed on your home page. Do this by going to "Settings > Reading" make sure you select the "Your latest posts" option, then click on the "Save Changes" button.
• Try changing to a different home page layout("Appearance > Customize > Home Page Layout") and see if that makes a difference.

Try resetting/flushing your permalinks by going to "Settings > Permalinks". Click the "Save Changes" button.

Check on one of the following:

• Make sure you have the latest version of WordPress installed. Toocheke works best on WordPress 5.3 or newer. For the security of your website, it's also always a good idea to have the latest version of WordPress installed.
• Make sure your web host has installed the latest version of PHP on your website. At least PHP version 7.3 is ideal.

• There could be a plugin conflict. Generally speaking, it's always ideal to have as few plugins as possible running on your WordPress website. The more plugins you have installed, the more likely you are to decrease the performance, security and reliability of your website.

  So, try and uninstall plugins that you no longer use and retain the ones that are absolutely essential. Alternatively, temporarily disable all your plugins(except for Toocheke Companion) and see if that resolves the issue. If it does, re-activate the plugins one by one while checking to make sure that no issues come up. This will help narrow down your issue.

  If you do identify a plugin that is conflicting with Toocheke, contact us, and we will look into it.

• If all else fails, don't hesitate to contact us!

Yes there is! There is an automatic import feature that can be accessed from the following menu in the Wordpress Admin: "Toocheke > Import". Make sure to click the Import button only once to avoid importing multiple times. It may take some time, depending on the number of comics you have in your archive.

Here is a tutorial on how to do that. Remember to check the Send the new user an email about their account.

Indeed it is! Built with the mobile-first design approach, Toocheke is a WordPress theme built to accomodate all types of devices(desktops, laptops, tablets and mobile phones). According to Statcounter, at least 50% of website visitors tend to use mobile phones. So, if you have a webcomic website, chances are your fans are reading your comic from a phone. If you have a website that is not responsive, this can make for an awkward reading experience. Toocheke seeks to solve that problem for you and your readers!

Yes, so long as they are within reason, you can let me know here. The criteria used to add a feature is as follows:

• Is there a popular demand for the feature?
• Will adding the feature require a total rewrite of the whole theme?
• Will the feature be in keeping with Toocheke's ultimate goal ie. building a simple, intuitive, mobile-friendly theme for publishing webcomics?
• How quickly can the feature be added into the theme? If it takes little effort, then there's a high chance of adding the functionality.

You will will need to unzip the downloaded zip file. This has two folders: toocheke-premium and toocheke-premium-child. Zip each of the two folders, and install both of them. Activate the child theme.
